SquashMedia.org WORLD NO1 JUNIOR DYLAN BENNETT RE-SIGNS TO DUNLOP World No1 junior squash player Dylan Bennett, from the Netherlands, has re-signed to Dunlop for a further three years and will continue to use the Dunlop Hot Melt Pro racket as he moves into the senior ranks full-time later this year. With 36 international titles to his name already, the 18-year-old from Eindhoven is carving out a reputation as one of the world's most exciting young talents in the game. Winner of seven successive European Junior National Open titles since September 2002, Bennett is seeded to win the European Junior Championship title this month in Germany. "Dylan has achieved major success as a junior player and has represented Dunlop with distinction," said Dunlop's International Squash Marketing Manager Paul Walters. "His results over the past seven months have established him as the most successful junior player in the world and this new contract is a major signing for the future. We are delighted that he has made this new commitment to Dunlop until the end of 2005 and look forward to him achieving even greater success as he enters a very exciting new phase in his playing career." Bennett, who has represented the Netherlands since the age of 16, was a finalist in the country's senior National Championships in 2002. He has competed on the Professional Squash Association (PSA) World Tour since June last year - and reached his first PSA final in the Japan Open last September at the age of 17 years old. "Dunlop have given me invaluable support throughout my junior career and I am very excited that this latest agreement will see me continuing to use Dunlop rackets until the end of 2005 and hopefully beyond," said Bennett. "The European Championships next week are a massive goal for me, and I am determined to finish my junior career on a win. It gives me great confidence to know that I am going into the Championships with the best possible equipment and the support of the world's number one squash brand," added the Netherlands most successful junior player.
