Leading Kuwaiti squash player Abdullah Almezayen powered to victory in the Progetto 6 Open in Italy when he beat England's Chris Fuller in the final of the PSA World Tour Satellite event at Millennium Sport & Fitness in Brescia.
The 22-year-old top seed reached the final without dropping a game, dismissing English qualifier Nathan Lake in just 25 minutes in the semi-finals.
But Fuller, the fourth seed from Kettering, pulled off an impressive upset in the other semi, battling for 84 minutes to overcome second-seeded compatriot Ben Ford 12-10, 11-8, 9-11, 13-11.
But Almezayen was too strong for the 20-year-old Englishman who was celebrating his first appearance in a Tour final.
The Kuwaiti left-hander stormed to an 11-2, 15-13, 11-5 victory in 42 minutes to claim the fourth PSA Tour title of his career.
