England's Chris Ryder survived a marathon final battle in the NSC Super Satellite No2 to win the PSA Tour squash title at the National Squash Centre in Bukit Jalil in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur.
The top seed from Wolverhampton came back from two-games-to-one down to overcome local hero Mohd Nafiizwan Adnan, the No2 seed, 11-10 (4-2), 10-11 (1-3), 9-11, 11-9, 11-6 in 88 minutes.
It was the second PSA title of World University champion Ryder's career. The match also marked Adnan's third appearance in an NSC Satellite final in his hometown since April.
