While France's Camille Serme celebrated her third successive appearance in the final with her second women's win, Switzerland's Nicolas Mueller made up for the disappointment of a semi-final exit last year by clinching the men's title in the French Junior Open Squash Championships in Marseille for the first time.

Camille Serme, from Creteil, enjoyed a sensational junior year in 2006, winning six titles - including the European Junior Championship - with a 100% record in all finals in which she appeared.

The 17-year-old arrived at Set Squash in Marseille after gaining a runners-up berth in the French National Championship in Le Havre - and reached the final after defeating Egypt's unseeded Alia Balbaa in the semi-finals.

In the final, top seed Serme faced a surprise opponent in Heba Alaa El Torky, a 3/4 seed.  But the experienced teenager despatched El Torky - also from Egypt - 9-2, 9-5, 9-5 to win the title for the second year in a row.

In the men's final, second seed Mueller faced favourite Kristian Frost Olesen after both players had ousted Englishmen in the semi-finals.  But, while Mueller had prevailed in straight games against 9/16 seed Adrian Waller, Dane Olesen had battled for five games to overcome 3/4 seed Michael Harris.

The 17-year-old from Winterthur had the upper hand in the final, beating Frost Olesen 9-5, 9-3, 9-0.
