Dutchman Laurens Jan Anjema stands in the way of the ADL Optical/Rodenstock Manitoba Open Squash Championship boasting an all-Canadian semi-final line-up in the west Canadian city of Winnipeg.

The second seed from The Hague reserved his place in the last four of the PSA Tour event at the Winnipeg SRC when he beat Egypt's No6 seed Omar Mosaad 11-5, 7-11, 11-9, 11-3.

Anjema will now face Shahier Razik, who survived a domestic duel with fifth seed Shawn Delierre.  But the third seed from Toronto needed 75 minutes to extend his unbeaten record against his Montreal-based compatriot, eventually beating the fifth seed 10-11 (1-3), 11-10 (2-0), 11-6, 11-6.

The other match will feature a Toronto/Edmonton clash.  Top seed Graham Ryding, from the Ontario capital, came from a game down to beat fellow Canadian David Phillips 10-11 (3-5), 11-4, 11-6, 11-4 in 61 minutes.

His opponent Matthew Giuffre, the No4 seed from Edmonton, ended the run of Khawaja Adil Maqbool - overcoming the Pakistan qualifier 11-8, 3-11, 11-9, 11-6 in 59 minutes.
