Shabana Shapes Up For Third Month At Number One

Egypt's Amr Shabana moves into his third month at the top of the world rankings according to the new July Dunlop PSA Men's World Squash Rankings, published today (Wednesday) by the Professional Squash Association.

The 26-year-old world champion from Cairo retains his lead ahead of David Palmer, the Australian who this week celebrated his 30th birthday.  Frenchman Thierry Lincou remains at No3, followed by Australia's Anthony Ricketts at No4.

James Willstrop, at five, leads a trio of Englishmen, including Peter Nicol at six, and Nick Matthew at seven.

Australia's Stewart Boswell is the only positive mover in the new top 20 list, overtaking Finland's Olli Tuominen to rise to 14.
