Corren Continues Winning Streak In Merredin

Australia's Mike Corren maintained his unbeaten run on the PSA Tour this year when he won the Merredin Squash Open title in Merredin, Australia.

The 32-year-old second seed from Adelaide faced surprise opponent Steve Finitsis in the final after the No3 seed upset favourite Jason Mudge in the semi-finals.

Finitsis took the opening game in the final, but Corren came back to win 10-11 (1-3), 11-8, 11-5, 11-4.  It was his third successive PSA triumph this year after winning the Saskatchewan Open in Canada in March and the WA Open in Perth earlier this month.
