While Barker brushed aside last week's Czech Classic champion Jan Koukal 11-1 11-2 11-2 in just 30 minutes, it took Garner exactly three times longer - and two tie-breaks - to survive his match with fellow Englishman Joey Barrington 4-11 11-10 11-10 7-11 11-8. The $40,000 Hungarian Open makes a welcome return to the PSA Tour after a six-year break - and features a high quality field led by Egypt's world champion Amr Shabana. The world No6 from Cairo is expected to face Canada's Jonathon Power, the 1997 champion, in the final on Sunday.
