Teran was two games down, and faced match-ball in the third game, when she fought back to beat the Australian 3-9 1-9 9-4 9-7 10-9 to reach the semi-finals. The Mexican will need all the energy she has against top seed Natalie Grainger. Making her comeback after a long lay-off from the WISPA Tour, Grainger brushed aside England's fifth seed Vicky Hynes 9-0 9-2 9-4. The other semi will feature England's second seed Stephanie Brind and Australian Amelia Pittock, the third seed. |
