Squashworks To Host Fourth Successive Salt Lake City Open

The fourth successive Salt Lake City Squash Open will get underway today (13 July), hosted by the city's Squashworks Club in association with Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.

Twenty-five players from eleven different countries will compete in the PSA Tour event in the Utah state capital - not only for the $10,000 prize fund, but also for coveted PSA world ranking points.

Also in action will be Belgium's Stefan Casteleyn, currently the best player who lives in the USA, where he recently won the US Pro Championships in Los Angeles, and Mexican National champion Eric Galvez.  Local interest in the event will be led by Preston Quick, the US National Champion from Denver.
