Pakistan's Shahid Zaman and Denmark's Line Hansen claimed their second successive Tour titles in Malaysia with convincing victories in the finals of the NSC Squash Satellite No4 at the Bukit Jalil National Squash Centre in Kuala Lumpur.

For top seed Zaman it was the second time in seven days that he had faced Australian Mike Corren in a PSA Tour final.

After reaching the climax without dropping a game, Zaman fought back from a game down to beat Corren 7-11, 11-4, 11-5, 13-11 in 31 minutes to net the sixth Tour title of his career.

It was the final day of a two-week visa for Zaman in Malaysia - and the player risked arrest for competing in the match.

"I was under a lot of pressure," Shahid told reporters.  "There was a chance that they could have arrested me but I was ready to take that risk.

"Thank God I didn’t give him (Corren) a walk-over," said Zaman after getting his stay in the country extended following a visit to the Malaysian immigration department just hours before the final.

In the women's WISPA World Tour event final, favourite Hansen took on surprise opponent Low Wee Wern, the fifth seed from Malaysia who had overcome two higher-seeded opponents to reach the climax.

But Hansen was too strong for the 17-year-old Asian Junior Champion, winning 9-6, 10-8, 9-4 in 36 minutes.
