Ireland's Aisling Blake won the inaugural Eurosafe Solutions Zwolle Open after a comprehensive win over third-seeded Orla Noom in the final of the WISPA World Tour squash event in the Netherlands city of Zwolle.
The 26-year old from Dublin, who is based in Amsterdam where she trains with noted coach Liz Irving, started off at a furious pace against the Dutch player, who only recently returned to competitive action after a four month injury lay-off.
The second-seeded world number 33 dominated play from the word go and never let her 22-year old opponent, ranked two places lower on the world rankings, settle into the match.
After losing the first game quickly, Noom managed to pressurise her opponent for parts of the second game, but still fell short at the finish line. The third game was straightforward as Blake stepped up the pace to storm home a 9-0, 9-6, 9-0 winner to clinch the second WISPA Tour title of her career.
