Engelbrecht Edges Out Patterson In Baltimore Qualifiers
Jesse Engelbrecht denied the organisers local interest in the Baltimore City Squash Open when he beat Dylan Patterson in the qualifying finals of the PSA Tour event in Baltimore, USA.
The Zimbabwean beat 24-year-old New York-born Patterson 11-9 6-11 11-8 11-7 – and now goes on to face England's No2 seed Ben Garner in the main draw.
Garner is expected to meet to meet compatriot Alister Walker, the top seed, in Saturday's final.
